Boogie Utility Vehicle (BUV) $75
Any vehicle with more than two wheels, that is not registered (does not have a license plate), will require a Boogie Utility Vehicle Identification Number (BUVIN). This will include golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, fabricated vehicles and others hereafter referred to as Boogie Utility Vehicles or BUVs. The person registering this vehicle will pay a $75 fee and be responsible for that vehicle. The fee should help to control the number of these units at the event and also serve as a source of revenue for ABATE. Remember that the Boogie is supposed to be a fundraiser for the organization.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations or no-shows.

The registrant will sign a Boogie Utility Vehicle document at the gate agreeing to the following:
1. The speed limit for BUVs is 10 MPH, or as directed.
2. BUVs must have lights that allow them to see and be seen if operating after dark.
3. Vehicles should not carry more passengers than originally designed for.
4. Vehicles must be parked in a manner so as not to obstruct traffic.
5. The BUV identification number sticker must be clearly displayed on the vehicle.
6. Common sense, courtesy, and safety are the principles for BUV operation.
7. Violation of any of the rules, or disregarding the direction of security or administration, will result in the BUV being impounded.
